These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YarnHubmobile application and website (the “Service”), provided by Srreal Studio. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use YarnHub.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial crafting purposes.
- You are responsible for any content you upload, including scan photos, and confirm you have the right to use it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, notes and projects you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to generate patterns from your scans and sync your projects.
AI-generated patterns
YarnHub uses AI to generate patterns and craft guidance from your photos and prompts. These are helpful estimates, not guaranteed instructions. Stitch counts, materials and steps may be imperfect — always use your own judgement, and take care when using tools such as hooks and needles. We are not responsible for the outcome of any project.
Subscriptions
- YarnHub Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) billed through your Apple ID.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or its content.
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Srreal Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
