This Privacy Policy explains how Srreal Studio(“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use the YarnHubmobile application and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. YarnHub works anonymously by default. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and, where you allow it, your email address and name.
- Content you create. Patterns you save, projects you start, notes, progress and photos you capture with the scan feature.
- Usage & device data. App interactions, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic/crash data used to keep the app stable.
- Purchase data. Subscription status is managed through Apple and our payments partner. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
How we use your information
- To provide core features — patterns, projects, the scan-to-pattern tool and AI help.
- To sync your favourites and project progress across sessions and devices.
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and understand which features are useful.
- To measure marketing performance and prevent fraud and abuse.
Photos and the scan feature
When you use the scan feature, the photos you capture are sent securely to our servers and to our AI provider solely to generate a pattern for you. They are associated with your account so your generated projects remain available to you. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.
Service providers we work with
We share limited data with trusted providers who help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting and database (Supabase), analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer), crash and performance monitoring (Sentry), subscription management (RevenueCat and Apple), and AI processing for the scan and coach features. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which removes your account and associated saved patterns and project progress.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at info@srreal.co.
Children
YarnHub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
